It seems Future Sustainability take pride in their online and offline reputation. Although their advertising carries the usual "We have the best" Future Sustainability go to great lengths to explain where their products and service are a cut above the rest.
My research found only a sprinkling of disgruntled clients (out of 1000's) and they all seemed to have been resolved, or at least re contacted by the

Switch to a cheaper electricity supplier and save!

Nothing over the top here, it’s refreshing to see a solar company prominently show off their customer feed back, instead of claiming they are the best at everything solar.
Auzion advertise their community involvement, rather than how cheap their solar systems are.
A much softer advertising approach…
